School Year and Monthly Lease Instruments are not purchased by the Renter. School Year contracts are from September 1st – May 31st . Instruments must be returned or rented for the summer by closing on June 15th to avoid any penalties. A certain portion of the lease price may be used for the purchase of a new instrument at the end of the lease term.

(1) Repair Coverage involves any repair required that are not the fault of the player and are not caused by abuse, neglect or misuse. A loaner instrument will be issued if the repair will take more than 72 hours. Replacement Coverage is loss caused by fire or theft from the home or school's music room. Misplaced instruments are not covered. With a copy of the police report and paid deductible, Music Unlimited will replace the instrument with one of as close to equal value as is available at the time.
